The Final Swig
Our second activity was the VSP which stands for visual story-telling project. We had one limitation - no dialogue. This is our time putting on the director’s hat and working with actors to tell an original idea. I definitely ran into issues in the editing room when working with the music. Coming from a background of dance, I was a slave to cutting the shots to match the beats. Since I was using music from Adobe Premiere, I didn’t have a tone of control beyond song selection. But we had so much fun filming. Ironically, all my actors are primarily tea drinkers.

- Create script breakdowns and shot lists
- Edit in Premiere Pro
Challenges
- We got to work with BlackMagic cinematic cameras, but all my batteries died the morning of the shoot, so I resorted to the cinematic setting on my iPhone 14
